*We ship most of our orders within 1-3 days, but for some European and Middle Eastern countries it can take up to 30 days for orders to be delivered after they have left our warehouse.

Customs and Import Charges
Within the European Union, duty is not applied to your delivery, but outside the EU charges may apply. If you are unsure, it is a good idea to check with your local customs office because you will be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges on your delivery.
Please note that if the orders are sent by Recorded/Special delivery service, then this will require a signature, so please specify an address in which somebody will be able to sign for your parcel.
Whilst all of our products are fully stocked before we offer them to you, occasionally, demand will exceed supply. If we cannot offer you a product, we will inform you as soon as possible. Reasonable allowance should be made for orders processed over the weekend and on bank holidays. There is no extra charge for additional delivery costs, if we temporarily run out of a product that you wish to purchase.
We aim to send all in-stock goods promptly, but please allow 14 working days for arrival (UK only); international orders will take longer, and arrival times will depend on the region.
If you would like to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will notify you as to whether or not this is possible. If your order has already been shipped, our returns policy will apply. We are not liable for loss occasioned by any reasonable or unavoidable delay.
We will deliver the goods, according to the delivery option selected during the order process. All delivery timescales quoted are indicative only. Whilst we only work with reputable and reliable delivery companies, we are not liable for delayed delivery caused by a third party. Your parcel will be considered missing, only if it fails to arrive 15 working days after the approximate delivery date, indicated in your order dispatch notification email.

DELAYED / LOST ORDERS
Our delivery service will consider a parcel to be lost, after it has been in the postal system for 14 working days (for UK orders) and 21 days (for International orders). We are unable to despatch a replacement product, until this period of time has elapsed. SpiceWala is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer, due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods, regardless of the method of delivery.
For security reasons, deliveries may require a signature upon receipt of order. If you are not going to be at your home address, you can provide us with an alternative delivery address, and a designated recipient can sign for your parcel. If nobody is able to sign for your parcel, you will receive a card notifying you as to where and when you can collect it from a local sorting office. If you do not collect your parcel within a specified timeframe (usually 7 days, or after 3 delivery attempts), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange for a new delivery, and pay for the costs incurred in resending the parcel.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 days, but this may take longer in certain circumstances. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day. Note: Delivery to rural addresses may take an additional day or two.
In the event that a product is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. If you place multiple orders within a short period of time (24 to 48 hours), your orders may be consolidated and delivered as a single order. If your order is made up of multiple items, some items may be dispatched separately. If this does happen, we will send you confirmation e-mail, notifying you to expect more than one parcel.
WRONG ADDRESS / CORRECTIONS
We are not responsible for the loss of your order, if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost, which we will then add to your order. Please note that this will be done independently of our free delivery offer. If your package is returned, due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs needed to re-deliver your order to the correct address.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. (There are some restrictions on where we can deliver, and this information is provided upon request.)
