Spicy Mild Curry Sauce 300g - Anila's

This Spicy Mild curry sauce is made using mango, spices and tomatoes giving an all rounded full flavour of a Rogan Josh with a hint of sweetness. Delicious in vegetable curries and especially with paneer (Indian cheese) with peas or spinach. Also use with lamb dishes. It is a concentrated sauce to be used with part water plus the main ingredient to create curries in minutes. The sauces can be easily adapted to make curries milder or creamier with the addition of cream or yoghurt.
